Acceptable Use
AgentBoard is an intermediation platform for licensed football agents. By using our service, you agree to:
- Only post legitimate transfer requirements for players you're authorized to represent
- Provide accurate information in all requirements and pitches
- Respect FIFA regulations and local football association rules
- Not share member-only listing URLs or attempt to bypass payment systems
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive transfer information
Agent Verification
To pitch players or access full listings, agents must be verified through our process. We check:
- Valid FIFA agent license or equivalent local certification
- Player representation agreements
- Professional references from clubs or other agents
No Guarantees
While we guarantee pitch volume through our SLA, we make no guarantees about:
- Successful transfers or deals
- Quality of specific players pitched
- Cooperation between agents beyond initial contact
- Commission payments or fee arrangements (handled directly between agents)
Removal for Abuse
We reserve the right to remove users who:
- Share member-only information publicly
- Post fake or misleading requirements
- Harass other platform members
- Attempt to circumvent our payment or verification systems
- Violate FIFA regulations or engage in illegal activity
Beta Status
AgentBoard is currently in invite-only beta. Features may change, and service availability is not guaranteed. We'll provide 30 days notice before any major changes to pricing or core functionality.
Liability
AgentBoard facilitates introductions between agents but is not party to any subsequent agreements. All transfer negotiations, contracts, and payments are handled directly between agents and clubs.
