Our 48-Hour Guarantee
When you post a requirement, we guarantee you'll receive at least 5 qualified pitches within 48 hours, or we'll refund your payment the same day.
What Counts as a Qualified Pitch
A qualified pitch must meet all of these criteria:
- Matches your specified position, age range, and league requirements
- Includes a player profile with video highlights or recent match footage
- Agent has accepted your stated cooperation terms and commission structure
- Player passport/work permit status matches your requirements
How to Request a Refund
If you don't receive 5 qualified pitches within 48 hours of posting:
- Email us immediately with your requirement ID
- We'll review all pitches received against our qualification criteria
- If we confirm fewer than 5 qualified pitches, we'll process your full refund within 24 hours
Refund Processing
All refunds are processed manually by our team. We'll refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. For urgent cases, we can expedite to same-day processing.

Exceptions
Our guarantee doesn't apply to:
- Requirements posted with less than 7 days transfer window remaining
- Extremely specific requirements (e.g., one specific player or club)
- Requirements that violate FIFA regulations or our terms of service
