What We Collect
AgentBoard collects minimal data to operate our intermediation service:
- Requirements data: Position, age range, league, country, budget, timeline, club contact details
- Agent information: License verification, contact details, player representation agreements
- Payment information: Processed by our payment provider (Stripe/similar) - we don't store card details
How We Use Data
Your information is used only to:
- Match requirements with suitable player pitches
- Verify agent credentials and authorizations
- Process payments and provide customer support
- Send relevant requirement updates via email
Third-Party Services
We use these external services:
- Airtable: Stores requirements and pitch forms (data processed in EU/US)
- Substack/Beehiiv: Newsletter subscription (separate privacy policy applies)
- Payment processor: Handles subscription payments securely
- Hosting provider: Static site hosting with basic access logs
Data Sharing
We never sell your data. We only share information:
- Between verified agents when a requirement matches (with your consent)
- With payment providers for transaction processing
- When required by law or to protect our legal rights
Data Security
Member-only listings are protected by payment verification, but we recommend:
- Not sharing member URLs publicly
- Using secure email when discussing sensitive transfer details
- Following your own club's confidentiality policies
Your Rights
You can:
- Request a copy of your data we hold
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Opt out of non-essential emails
Tracking
We don't use analytics cookies or tracking pixels. Our hosting provider may collect basic access logs (IP addresses, page views) for security and performance monitoring.
